TRUST & HONESTY
Promises made plainly, and kept.
Everline lives close to something tender: a parent's trust in their child's voice. These are the promises that let us build it anyway, and the ones we hold to.
Nothing starts without your family.
Everline is set up by the family, together, on purpose. You record the voice yourself, you write the memories yourself, and you decide which calls it answers. There is no version of Everline that arrives uninvited, dials anyone, or switches itself on. If your family doesn’t set it up, it doesn’t exist for you.
The person whose voice answers is always a consenting family member recording their own voice for their own loved one. We never build a voice from someone who has not agreed to it, and we never let one family’s voice speak to another family’s loved one.
And every family member is always told what Everline is. No one is deceived into this; we encourage telling your loved one in whatever way is kind and true for them. The question families ask us most, “isn’t this lying to my loved one?”, deserves a full answer, and it has one on our honest FAQ, along with where Everline’s role ends.
How Everline is different from voice scams.
You may have read warnings about scammers who imitate a relative ’s voice to frighten strangers into sending money. Everline is the opposite of that in every way that matters, and we built it that way deliberately.
A scam is uninvited, deceptive, and aimed at a stranger’s fear. Everline is invited, disclosed, and aimed at your own family’s comfort. It only answers calls to its own dedicated number, only speaks with the loved one the family set it up for, and never places a call to anyone outside your family’s own alert settings. It never asks for money, account numbers, codes, or personal information. It cannot be pointed at a stranger, and no one outside your family can use your voice.
We also say what it is, in writing, to everyone involved: a companion in your voice, set up by your family, for your family. Deception is a scam’s foundation. Disclosure is ours.
Deleting your family's data is real deletion.
Your voice recordings, your loved one’s memories, and every conversation belong to your family. When you delete a memory, it is gone. When you remove a family member, their voice and their recordings go with them. When you close your account, we delete your recordings, the prepared voice, the memories you wrote, and the conversation history. Ask us at any time and we will confirm what was removed.
We never sell your family’s data, never use their conversations to advertise to you, and never share voices or transcripts with anyone outside the services that make the calls work. The full detail lives in our privacy policy.
Decide with the full picture. We’ll help you look.
